Emergency Department Admission Auditor
Applications are invited for Emergency Department Admission Auditor at Southern Health. The aim of the position is to ensure the reconciliation of every ED presentation against the ED Admissions Process for potential admissions.
This role would suit students studying in the medical field, e.g. Nursing, Midwifery, Health Information Management (HIM) and Paramedics wishing to gain experience in a non-clinical environment prior to graduating.
You will learn more about Department of Health (DOH) admission criteria and how to admit a patient using our patient management system iPatient Manager (Ipm). You will also gain exposure to our Scanned Medical Record (SMR), and electronic ED Management System (Symphony).
