About our client:
Our client is looking to fill a number of recruitment / marketing roles based in the North, East and South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. The company is a well established organisation providing training and support to jobseekers with various personal barriers to gaining employment. You will work as part of a team of passionate staff members that get a real buzz out of helping people develop skills and achieve their end goal of gaining further skills and ultimately sustainable employment.
About the role:
The successful applicant for this position will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service to candidates and employers, actively providing job matching and reverse marketing services. They will work with candidates to get them job ready, providing career coaching and guidance as well as using the training and assessment methods and tools that our client has in place. Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will use their expertise to deliver a high quality and professional experience.
Successful applicants will have:
- An insight and understanding into the barriers facing the long term unemployed
- Previous experience of either the DES or JSA contracts
- Experience in marketing, sales, telemarketing, cold calling and delivering presentations
- A good understanding of local labour market issues
- A results and outcomes focused approach
- Excellent time management and organisational ability
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Recruitment, marketing, business development and sales experience or qualifications will be highly regarded.
