This is a brilliant opportunity to consolidate your Operational skills and solid experience in the food franchise industry into one great position and love going to work!
Our clients are expanding with over 130 stores, across four exciting food franchise brands and want to take you with them for the ride of your life!
Reporting to the Head of Operations, this position requires a hands on, self motivated, well, hard working individual who is able to work autonomously and has their own car.
You will be directly responsible for stores in the Melbourne and regional Victoria areas and must be comfortable in a dynamic environment that is ever changing.
You will work closely with franchise owners at store level and be responsible for implementing strategies that will ensure best practice in store standards and customer service.
Your primary functions will be to lead and support franchise and corporate stores to achieve sales targets, brand management and compliance issues through effective people management. An ability to plan and execute training sessions is a must.
Key result areas include the following:
- Ability to analyse financial information and monitor store performance
- Local area marketing
- Development of all facets of businesses in your territory
- Identifying under performance and finding solutions.
- Delivering training sessions for franchisees and staff
- Ensuring compliance with franchise and obligations, as well as legislative standards and requirements ( eg Occupational Health and Safety)
Multi-site franchise experience is highly regarded. The applicant must be an excellent communicator who has the ability to open and maintain channels of communication between management and franchise owners.
The remuneration package includes a generous car allowance, mobile phone and laptop.
