The Partner has built the relationships and your duty will be to grow your relationships with these clients. Once you’ve gained an understanding of their businesses, there will be the opportunity to identify a reas where your team, or other service lines within the firm can add value and increase your billing.
This is where the consulting element of the role comes in to play as you’ll be expected to advise on budgeting, tax planning, restructuring and due diligence, as well as other ad hoc advice.

Not only are there generous bonuses and incentives to bring in more fees from existing clients, it’s also a main KPI that needs to be fulfilled before the step to Senior Manager is made. So the rewards for the success is two fold, firstly the financial side of things and secondly the promotional side.
The clients themselves are a mix of domestic businesses and subsidiaries of international corporations. There is no single industry that stands out but clients come from hospitality, retail, IT, communications, wholesale, professional services.
