Business Analyst (multiple positions)
Our client is looking for several Business Analysts with strong requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder management skills to work across a range of projects as part of a major change initiative. They are seeking Business Analysts to assist them with core functional BA responsibilities. Working in a fairly autonomous fashion, they are looking for mature approach (rather than many years experience) towards working with a large variety of stakeholders including business unit stakeholders, internal IT and external software vendors / management consultants.
Functions cover HR, finance, online learning, CRM, BI and various other work streams.
For these roles you will review and evaluate existing processes and systems against the organizational requirements, identify gaps and determine the data migration/ process change requirements and any workflow improvements. Taking ownership for exceptional solutions to your internal customers, you will also support User Acceptance testing (UAT) and training phase.
To be considered you should have a Bachelor Degree and/or Post Graduate Degree in IT, Commercial, Business or similar; plus 3-6 yrs BA experience. Our client will also consider Senior BA’s with some interest in Team lead functions.
