Senior Civil Engineer x 3
- Current work through industry reputation as a niche player
- Act as client interface with clients on contract management and design
- Retained 95% of clients in last 18 months
- Act as 2IC to Principal
Principal Civil Engineer x 2
- Last 3 years nurtured sturdy relationships with leading developers
- Not top heavy and not a purely technical role
- Work in progress until 2014
- Work only with the top tier developers
- Swamp redevelopments, industrial, commercial and residential subdivision developments, golf course estates
