With work load increasing, we a seeking a Team Assistant to support the team.
This newly created position has variety and scope to build upon your skills and working knowledge.
Duties:
Database Management -Input/Update and maintain data information
Co- ordination and organisation for training Seminars.
Document preparation
Product organisation and Client Support
Confident in personality and abilities as you will be liaising with clients at all levels
Basic accounts knowledge
General administration duties where required.
Flexible with duties.
Attributes and skills
Excellent people and communication skills
Professional in all aspects including presentation
High attention to detail
Quick and efficient
MSWord Suite - Intermediate to Advanced
Willing to be trained in various duties.
