Our client is a highly regarded property development company listed on the ASX. Known for their delivery of quality land and built-form projects covering all asset classes.
This role incorporates a strategic focus on planning high impact marketing of projects, assistance with ne w development opportunities, guidance and motivation of the sales & marketing team, and working with project teams to deliver positive outcomes for the company and its shareholders.
You will be a Marketing professional with a solid understanding of the property industry, have experience in property marketing and have demonstrated exceptional strategic planning and marketing skills in medium to longer term product development and delivery cycles. A tertiary qualification in a Marketing discipline backed by strong communication skills are required to succeed in this role. A fun and cheery disposition would be a huge plus, to fit in with this dynamic team!
The role itself will be a 10 month maternity leave position, you will be supported by an Admin team and enjoy working within an organisation that fosters growth. You will encourage others to achieve mutual success in one of Australia's leading property groups.
