Civil - Principal/Director Engineer $201K-$183K Technical lead and Bid Manager
Technical Lead for about 20 people; you will be given relatively free reign from the Manager who is more involved in project development.
Efficient in rolling up your sleeves and getting involved in the projects, while authority and savvy to remain responsible for leading land development specialists engineers.
More of a coordinator; you pull everything together for the team, do the client negotiations and project costings, meet with regulators, build the project teams and then manage projects right through to delivery.
Proven experience in winning the Major Land form projects. Your reputation will exceed our expectations, based on delivery of clear strategies, coordination and direction of staff.
12+ years civil consultancy experience is required
