ACCOUTANT - Business Services Intermediate. $62-52K. The End Goal in Mind?
Whilst, the variety of your work, size of clients and complexity of the jobs at hand, will assist you to build up your technical knowledge, the reality is, having the right mentor is going to make your studies run much smoother.
Management in this firm are known for taking on Intermediates, where they can be mentored through their qualification with the end goal in mind of where they will fit in the firm a year down the track.
Therefore, the intermediate level staff in this company are not simply rushing through assignments and getting them signed off by a distant manager, they are monitored via the direct Partner and Senior Management to ensure their technical understanding is not being over looked or ignored. They have found that having this heavy emphasis early in their career by senior management is the way to go and they have groomed much stronger accountants in the last few years.
Be assured your workload will be revised as you advance through your studies therefore you will always be progressing and building up your technical knowledge. You will not have to wait for your review in order to take on more responsibility. You will progress at your own pace with some complexity thrown in the mix along the way to keep things interesting.

To be suitable for this role you will be CA qualified with at least 3 years Australian experience within public practice.
