A rare opportunity has arisen to work for a leading organisation in the Animal Health industry with a strong focus on building and developing market share with within the pet specialty market.

You will be responsible for the overall sales strategies and results for the Victoria Region with at least 3 direct reports. You will plan and direct all sales and marketing activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies as well as staffing and training of the sales force.

Building, developing and enhancing the company brand throughout the region, using multiple channels is essential as well as being the figurehead for the office in terms of leadership, mentoring and motivation.

To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of hands on personal sales capability, both direct and through partners/distributors. You will also have experience in managing and motivating sales teams. Having experience in sales and or area sales management, ideally in the Animal Health arena.
