Land Surveyor | Urban Development | Engineering Consultancy

- Licensed or near licensed at a senior level required
With changes aplenty, and big things on the horizon, our Nationally recognised consultancy client require a senior land surveyor to join their busy Melbourne team to manage a healthy portfolio of Land Development projects.
Being a senior role there is likely to be a good mix of responsibilities, these will include; cadastral field work and data collection, topographic survey, report writing and client liaison, tender submission and the management of more junior staff.
To be considered you will be experienced using modern equipment such as GPS and robotic survey tools such as Total Station. Knowledge of GIS and 12D and AutoCAD will also be highly regarded.
Prior experience working with a consultancy role in the Melbourne market will be essential and a full licence will be very highly regarded. At least you will have formal survey qualifications.
Excellent communication skills and report writing skills will be required as will a current full drivers licence.
